Yesterday I attended an event at the Chelsea Piers Sports Center in Manhattan to watch Jillian Michaels unveil her new workout video game, Jillian Michaels Fitness ultimatum 2010 . Not only did she tell us about it, but we saw demonstrations and got to try it out ourselves. I will definitely need to be starting this game on the easiest setting available. 5 Stars Another great Biggest Loser workout!
This is another great dvd. It has a lot of options. Don’t let the workouts tagged for men or women keep you from trying them. The “for men” power sculpt if one of my favorites for upper body and I am not a man. It will be used over and over by my husband, my daughter (early 20’s) and myself.

4 Stars Thighs a burnin!
Wow, I won’t type a lot as many people reviewed this highly and I can’t but agree with all the things said:

- Video kicks your butt

- You can keep it fresh by modifying the selections

- DO NOT understimate the women’s workout

The only thing is I don’t listen to them talk, I plug in my iPod and let the rock beat get me through the work out… the music isn’t my favorite part.

5 Stars Love being able to customize!
I really enjoy this workout dvd. There is so much to pick from as far as workouts go. There are plenty of cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises. Some are geared towards men and others toward women, but I enjoy the men’s exercises as much as the women’s. The length of each workout is good, and it is nice to be able to customize your workout daily. If you’re wanting a dvd with a little bit of everything, this is a great option for you!

I received my DVD exactly when promised. I was not at all disappointed with the DVD or service.

4 Stars Great workout.
I really have enjoyed this DVD. The different options given really allow you to customize your own workout, even different men and women options.

I do have to say that although the DVD cover says balance ball, weights and medicine ball optional, the one portion of this video really requires them (boot camp), I can’t see a way for you to do the exercises without them. That’s the main reason I gave this 4 instead of 5 stars. I do have the equipment and think the workout is great, but if you don’t have them, I’d probably skip this DVD for a different one.

5 Stars Biggest Loser DVD is a BIG WINNER
What a great dvd this one is! The format is great. The trainer is great! The workouts are great! It gives so many great options. This is one both my husband and myself will use over and over. It can be set up so many different ways it will never get boring! It’s a winner!

5 Stars I lost weight with this one!
I love this dvd. I lost my first copy and purchased a second one. I need this one. The exercise routines are fun and excellent. It works with you from fat beginning to slim end. Bob keeps it fun. The best part is they place Matt and Suzy’s stories in the extras. What an inspiration. Matt is awesome. Suzy is a hottie. Anyway, skip Tae Bo, buy this one.

4 Stars Love Bob, good mix of routines
I just love Bob - he seems so genuine and witty. So that makes me want to watch this - plus he’s just adorable. I know The Biggest Loser is a terribly unhealthy way to lose weight that intensely/quickly, but this is a great DVD for a normal person. The routines are varied and change quickly. You get a good mix of cardio and strength. My legs and arms are usually pretty sore after doing. The setup at the start is a little annoying, you have to individually select which workouts you want to do that day, so it takes some time away from working out. And there’s no real stretching - just yoga, which I can’t stand.

2 Stars the biggest loser
while this is a good excercise, it is very hard on old knees. I had to quit after 6 days as my knees were so sore that they wolud barely bend.

5 Stars The Biggest Loser The Workout-The Best!
This is the one of the best workouts I have done in a long time. I use to do Billy Banks-Taebo when I used to work out regularly. He is good but so fast paced. Now that I have gained some weight and want to work out again this is an excellent choice. Bob Harper is so motivational and seems to really care about keeping up with the work out. If you haven’t work out in a while and what to do something that works and is fun, I recommend this DVD!
